Triathlon isn't swimming, cycling, and running done in sequence — it's one sport with its own transitions. We teach beginner and intermediate athletes how to handle all three disciplines efficiently, fitting swim, bike, and run sessions into a busy schedule.
For Sprint and Olympic distance races, technique and transition efficiency are what make the difference between a stressful race and an enjoyable one. We focus on comfortable open-water swimming, fast transitions (T1 and T2), and building bike-to-run resilience.
Our Method for Multi-Sport
- Open-Water Swim Focus: If swimming scares you, we start with breathing, floating, and body position — building confidence before speed.
- Brick Run Adaptation: Running off the bike requires its own neuromuscular adaptation. We program targeted brick workouts to make that transition easier.
- Transitions (T1/T2): Pacing and setup so you don't lose free time in the transition area.
- Miami Bike Fitting Integration: We work directly with our partner Miami Bike Fitting to optimize your position, adding speed and removing knee or back discomfort.
